Tennessee which later split into Benton County. Both he and Roda are

Married before 1798 Roda Key. Lived in Wake County, North Carolina according to the
1800 Census. They moved later to Dickson which split into what is now
Benton.

was born on 6 Feb 1796 in Wake County, North Carolina. He died on 27 Jun
1877 in Christian County, Linden, Missouri. He was buried in Old Linden
Cemetery, Linden, Christian County, Missouri. He was married (1) Susanna
Crenshaw about 1817 in Maury County, Tennessee, (2) Lucy H. Lander (Landis) about 1858.
